Let’s start with the material. Dave at www.bestbaggos.com selects the strongest wood to put into his creations. We first found out about him through his baseball company and were impressed by the quality of craftsmanship that went into his products. Some games are made of thin aluminum or even waferboard. Not these. We tested the boards to determine the “bounce” factor (the amount of give that the board has) and are happy to report that they stand strong – even with the highest of tosses!
As you’ll see below in the photos, we purchased the “flip-up” style with legs. Custom games can be ordered in flip-up (tailgate) design or in deluxe style. Considering how far we travel for tailgates, the “flip-up” is our recommendation.

What Will Reduce This Product’s Playing Time?
Just like any other regulation sized cornhole set, the size of these boards will limit what else you bring to the tailgate. But hey, if you want to play cornhole, you have to make sacrifices! They are sturdy enough that you could pack these in the bottom of your trunk and not worry about damaging them. However, read our next comment regarding proper care.
Due to the material used in the logo application, we would strongly recommend you put a blanket over each board during storage/transport. Taking proper care now will prevent a scratched or scraped board and protect your investment.
While we managed to carry both boards in their original packaging, the sturdy design is also a drawback. Weighing in at around 45lbs, this cornhole set isn’t one for the weak!
