PSU Mom’s Buffalo Chicken Dip

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This side dish can be easily heated on any of the Coleman products that we have reviewed here on Lot 13.  Just watch the flame!

Ingredients:
1 can cooked, all white, chicken meat; rinse and drain
1 C. Red Hot Sauce
1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
1/2 C. ranch dressing

Directions:

  1. In sauce pan, combine chicken, cream cheese and Red Hot Sauce.
  2. Stir over medium heat until cream cheese melts.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in Ranch Dressing.
  4. Pour mixture in glass pie pan.
  5. Sprinkle top with cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake until cheese melts and dip bubbles.
  7. Serve with Nacho Chips.
