Buffalo Chicken Dip
This side dish can be easily heated on any of the Coleman products that we have reviewed here on Lot 13. Just watch the flame!
Ingredients:
1 can cooked, all white, chicken meat; rinse and drain
1 C. Red Hot Sauce
1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
1/2 C. ranch dressing
Directions:
- In sauce pan, combine chicken, cream cheese and Red Hot Sauce.
- Stir over medium heat until cream cheese melts.
- Remove from heat; stir in Ranch Dressing.
- Pour mixture in glass pie pan.
- Sprinkle top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake until cheese melts and dip bubbles.
- Serve with Nacho Chips.
