Pulled Barbeque Pork Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 2 – 3 lb Boneless Pork Roast
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Salt and pepper the pork roast.
- Put in crock pot on HIGH for 4 hrs then turn down on LOW for 1 hour.
- Pour off all grease and fat.
- Take a fork and shred the pork roast.
Use your favorite barbeque sauce (we like Jack Daniels Original Barbeque sauce) and pour
over the shredded pork.
Enjoy with a fresh roll!
