Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Pulled Barbeque Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 2 – 3 lb Boneless Pork Roast
  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Salt and pepper the pork roast.
  2. Put in crock pot on HIGH for 4 hrs then turn down on LOW for 1 hour.
  3. Pour off all grease and fat.
  4. Take a fork and shred the pork roast.

Use your favorite barbeque sauce (we like Jack Daniels Original Barbeque sauce) and pour
over the shredded pork.

Enjoy with a fresh roll!
